Vicor has a dominant product for a number of reasons. I don't have the time to lay those reasons out but I would suggest you read the research report by Vista which explains. The main reason is that CAMH technology is inferior to VCRT.

CAMH is on the verge of bankruptcy and that is due to the fact their mgmt team has no idea how to run a company (inability to turn a profit, look at CAMH SG&A number in 2007, inexcusable). If Vicor's products are approved in the U.S. they will dominate in my opinion. Vicor's algorithm is powerful and the devices are easy to use and I truly believe VCRT revolutionizes diagnostics.
