Actually, charts DO lie, when erroneous trades don't get adjusted out of the data.

StockCharts.com and others show a day high of 2.10 on Thursday 10/22 but it never actually traded that price, the high was 2.00 or maybe 2.01.

Will that impact the price behavior going forward? Help a breakout or cause a pullback due to the apparent reversal that didn't actually happen?

Makes you wonder, sometimes.
