I followed vxgn for many years so I am familiar with their goals were. Now that they are for all purposes only a company with a bank account they had to find the best way to maintain some shareholder value. OXGN has drugs in late stage that look very promising but will cost to bring them to fruition. Seems each company needs the other to really benefit the shareholder,Vxgn more so. If the take over does or does not not go through OXGN would continue seeking a partner.
