This is not a stationary company growing at an inflationary rate (about 2%), but at 20%. The stationary measures that you are using don't apply to this company. The forward P/E should be over 40, but now is only about 35. CHEAP!
It is about forward looking. Next year's growth rate could be over 30%, if economy recovers, or if vSphere picks up its momentum. The forward P/E at this time next year would be under 50, but not. That would be cheap again for the renewed upward growing rate. Rating :
