Considering the lack of earnings and their exposure to the real estate loans on the books they should conserve their cash. At some point they will have to start writing down their bad debts (unless of course they don't have any..... believe that at your own risk). This bank is earning only pennies a share and should be selling around 8 to 10 dollars and that would be very generous. Why it levitates is a mystery.
