When will VABK ever pay a dividend. If at all? This bank is growing and making money. The board of directors should be forced to vote to pay a good dividend or get off. They are the only ones benefitting (?) from stock options etc. Shouldn't the stockholders who have been there from the beginning also benefit? It is not real fair. Come on and pay a dividend and not a token one.
