I do believe that Viral Genetics needed to raise cash and they were able to raise the PPS from 2 cents to 13 cents through the "Dean's" pump job. Then, of course, people like me jumped in thinking we had hit the lottery; only to see this trend down to 6 cents and hold there.
It appears that VRAL was able to raise some cash by issuing shares to private investors at 6 cents each. Thus, the market makers are keeping the PPS right around 6 cents. So if you bought in under 6, you are probably good for now. If you bought in over 6 (like me) you are under water or have dead money.
This company has not responded to any of my requests for information regarding IND filings, research being done, current status of anything.

I know I sound like a basher, but I am a frustrated long, sitting on a loss, with apparently very little catalyst to move this stock at all.

Seems like VRAL needed cash, pumped their stock up to raise cash, and now aren't delivering anything; but at least the PPS is relatively stable around 6 cents where they managed to get private investors to put up cash at 6 cents per share instead of 2 cents.

Mission accomplished.
