What will it take for this dormant, boring Volcano to erupt???

Need the following:

1) strong earnings and upside guidance (might be tough in current environment)
2) stock buyback program put in place (VOLC has $100 million in cash and no debt) and announce a 1-2 million share repurchase
3) more analyst coverage (a bunch of small firms cover this stock and all are positive with targets between $18-21, but none of them have any influence)
4) if you can get to profitability in the next quarter or two, let's start thinking about putting this firm out to bid. With synergies to ABT, STJ or BSX (leverage their salesforce), such a deal would be accretive to all.

VOLC management needs to INCREASE shareholder value ASAP. Enough investing in the business and start capturing profitability. The Street is waiting profits...it's been waiting since the IPO and the stock has gone NOWHERE.

Either create shareholder value or sell the firm. This stock is stinking up the joint.
