Citi's Analyst give 5 star rating to VG      5-Nov-09 10:18 am

If Citi's Analyst is giving VG 5 star ratings, then why in the world is this stock going down? I am too confused. I've held this stock way too long and missed too many good opportunities. So, now I'm thinking of bailing out on this stock.
