Upside much higher with TGB than with EGY. EGY basically dead money until they start to drill exploration (wildcat) wells which is now scheduled to begin in mid 2010 which likely means during the 2nd half of 2010 based on how EGY has performed in the past.
EGY could be in the $8 per share range in July after rig on location. IF TGB gets its mining permit for Prosperity in the spring, it may be a $10 stock by July. TGB will have a bad 3Q EPS because of mining problems during the quarter and hedges on its copper production so that it should retrace to a lower price which will be a good buying opportunity.
ROY, RBY, EGY & TGA all had good days today as commodity prices increased.
