Looked fine to me but I guess the stock price had better expectations.The CEO warned the second half wouldn't compare with the first half but 3rd quarter earnings were excellent and 4th quarter he's giving $1.09 as estimate which is only .02 less than analyst estimates made before 3rd quarter earnings came out.Irrigation was a disaster,being down 50% sales.That should make a huge recovery with the Dollar falling and ag commodities strong lately.VMI has the best infrastructure of anyone in ability to provide transmission structures and that should allow them to pick up lots of work in the future.3 factories in China,which is the fastest growing economy.I don't see any problems,longer term with this company.Probably doing better than 90% of companies though the worst recession since the great depression.
