More good news...
No dollar figures are given but it is described as a "a major network transformation project." And this was a contract "announced today" so it is a brand new deal. It is becoming evident that one of VocalTec's biggest strengths is doing business in regions of the world that other companies might find difficult. Specifically, they are gaining traction in Russia, Nigeria, and Brazil. Also, I commend VocalTec for attempting to get their story out there through more frequent press releases.
