I fully agree with you regarding Dr. Felix Zandman but the question is when would he let it go and whether a more competent management would be put in place then. VSH has been a value trap in the last few years. Book value is an upper bound on a company that does not grow organically and has poor earnings. The financials are good but not great. Aside from traders, long time holders of VSH actually lost money, especially accounting for inflation.
