Felix is spinning off 10% of VSH with the precision equipment business. It is not real spin off since he is not selling that new company. He will run both companies in parallel. Stockholder structure in both new entities will be the same as in the current VSH.
This seems to be a good move since it will give new exposure to the value hidden in that precision business.
PS: I think the day that Felix will be spun off is coming. This will be an even better news that spinning off the precision business.
