Read this section of the 10Q: Treasury Seized Asset Program
In it they talk about "We recognized revenue and pretax income in the 3rd Q of 2009 of approx. $3.3 million" and they may do that in Q3 of 2010 too. My question is is that $3.3 "revenue" or "pretax income"? It may explain the big beat of est. for Q3 Rating :
