The Company Filed a 12b-25 extension for its 3rd Qtr 10-Q, which extends the due date 15 days. The filing should have been made by the end of September including the 15 day extension. How is the stock still trading? And they keep expanding the scope of their review. Does anyone know the rules for how long you can avoid filing the Q with the SEC before their are fines/penalties, etc??
