spinoff of the land line complex. At that point VOD will be the largest shareholder of the 'new' Verizon.
Of course Verizon at that point will want to either
i) buy back its stake from VOD or
ii) sell the rest of its wireless company (the 'new' Verizon) to VOD who will then become the largest wireless phone company in the U.S.

Either way: a win-win for VOD shareholders.
