Think the company should sell 40 million more shares
for 12 dollars a share and raise more cash! That's about
five dollars less than what the price per share was worth
the last time they did it!

But don't report the loss per share in the same day!

Raising cash for a deal that fell through was passed right
down to the holding shareholders at the time too!
