I've been silent on this board because I thought the company and its board/management team were comatose. But today's announcement of the NXP deal creates a whole new dynamic in the company. It remains to be seen if this is a very good deal for Virage Logic or a deal which commits the company to oblivion. From the shareholders perspective, I hope the former.
