New 13ga for large investor     24-Jan-09 03:53 pm    
David Weiner now has filed a 13GA showing he has also increased his holdings in VII along with Intertech Group. This might prove an intersting situation since he is and has been anctive invesor in several security companies including that resulting in capital transactions. However he is a 13g not a 13d filier indicating he is not passive.
