Correction ...it was Bridgeway Capital Manaqement who filed a 13g today and it showed only a partial liquidation of their position and did not indicate when the shares where sold. However many stocks in the market today are being negatively impacted by liquidation of shares by funds and this may of been the case for the drop although it is difficult to know. My personal opinion is that the company is undervalued by the market based on their last earning report and the current trading range.
