It was announced that Bravo Sports is inquiring Variflex for approx. $38 million in cash. As a result, shareholders will be forced to accept the price of $7.60 per share for each of their shares. This price is incredibly unfair given the company's true inherent value.

I have learned that several shareholder groups are seeking to prevent this takeover at this unfair price and/or force the board to enter into an arms' length deal to provide the shareholders with its true market value.
