i have been watching several banks stocks the last few months over the weekend i was going threw some banks and notice VCBI.

I havent yet found anything other than the whole sector has takin a beaten does anyone know of anything else that has beat this stock down.
it looks to be a sound small cap bank and a investment i would like to start buying up some shares.
