Visa never failed. Visa got sold off (oversold) with the rest out of fear. The people who sold off were forced to. Money managers for example had to liquidate cause their clients told them so. Regular people sold cause they were scared out of their pants. You probably sold cause you followed the herd. I bought cause I know this is all bull crap. Market goes up and down. Bulls and Bears. Expansion and crashes. Same dam story replayed over and over again for the last 4000++ years of civilization. And has nothing to do with the Visa's potential to make more and more money. Buy the credit card companies. No force in nature is going to bring them down. Not even the U.S government who tried bringing them down for the last 100 years and failed miserably with their regulations. The Government (Democrats) cannot ignore the fact that there exist a force much greater then them. And their credit card regulation is nothing more than crappy attempts for temporary show and tell to win political points from American citizins who are hurting right now (vast majority of us). Why do you think Visa rebounded back to all time high despite the so called recession. Ever ask yourself that? You got hoodwinked sucka.
