then why would the company go to all this trouble setting up all this equipment and go to the trouble of getting approval for the new tailings impoundment which is to be completed before the end of the 2009 calendar year and put into use immediately after construction is completed $$$$$$$ Helllooo THAT'S THIS YEAR $$$
