W. Ash is a Canadian and knows full well the security laws at it pertains to issuing press releases in Canada and that most U.S. companies adhere to the spirit of that law to compete at the same high standards as the Canadians, Australians, and other mineral resource producing countries.

This PR constitutes a major violation of the Canadian NI 43-101 as it pertains to press releases, subjecting the company to heavy fines, suspension of trading until the PR is retracted plus trading restrictions enforced against executive management. In other words this would not be tolerated in the least.

Lopez is no longer making the "we are pleased" statement in the PRs, it appears he prefers Charles Madsen to be the fall guy. Don't forget Madsen is Ray Brown's grandson-in-law and a painter, he has absolutely no experience in mining or exploration. From the press release Madsen states:

"we are pleased to have the updated estimates of the potential tonnage that MAY be available to us as we move forward with work to fully document, as well as POSSIBLY expanding them. The new tailings impoundment will assit us with developing the presently known Deer Trail bodies and targets as we continue to futher define them."

What does having a tailings impoundment have to do with developing known bodies and targets? A tailings impoundment is used to impound tailings discharged from the MILLING PROCESS. It has nothing at all to do with enhancing, establishing, documenting, or exploring for orebodies. This guy is either naive or incredibly stupid to make such a statement.

None of the information released today proves one ounce of documented resources. This was a "blue sky" resource pump plain and simple.
