I would like to ask your opinion on something. The balance sheet shows over 3,500,000 in accounts payable, only 2,500,000 in total assets, plus over 1,000,000 of debt that seems like it may be coming due soon. This is why I am frustrated by lack of reporting from the company.

How much of a problem is this in your mind, especially given that the company has small revenues, and who knows what margins on their sales? Do you know if the co. has any plan to deal with this?

No disrespect intended, but to state that USFM "could go out of business, just like any company" is a little disingenuous. Most companies do not have twice as much debt and accounts payable as total assets. You seem to know more about the workings of the company than I do, so a serious reply would be greatly apreciated by myself, and probably by Kodiak also.
