this etf screwed a lot of people.
it was broken , didn't perform anywhere close to it's target, went from 80 to 50 when it should have been going to 200.
proshares should pay damages.
the people who work for the industry and the people who think they are geniuses because they lucked out and benefited from the crazy price action here will of course ridicule this post, if it gets any attention at all.
