Thats sounds great ,I mean the 15000 credit for buying a house.
I would guess the purpose being not many have the down payment,but are paying much more rent then a morgage,so tghe 15000 grand would set up alot of potentcial home buyers that normally just make the land lord rich..

I have a friend in N.J.,and his sister is paying 2200.00 a moth for a two bed room apt. in a 4 family house,nothing to brad about either,and I asked her how come u cant swing a deal to own ur own,and she said down payments were 20% at the time,and N J had some exspensive taxes I mustsay too.
Oh well,if u dont mind leaving your home town and family u may find a place that has more reasonable taxes,and banking terms . Good luck with your new home ,Jim
