The mostly likely outcome for Unisys now is to go private. (Typically at a premium of 100% over close)

I just woke up here and got situated with the morning news, observing that some stories about new merger activity (Black & Decker/also a couple of tiny deals) have taken place.

My invitation to those of you here, is to take part in an informal poll.

Who else thinks that this will occur. Keeping in mind that:

1. Owning the contracts that Unisys has draws a parallel to fixed income vehicles in that; a constant equity stream of revenue is generated at an above average yield.

2. Private venture capital is more readily available and is available in larger amounts.
