Don't give this stock up b/c it is not moving. Two or three positive things about this stock-Did an offering @ 20 recently(you know the buyers are going to make money)--Russel 3000(you know some funds are going to have to buy before 5th of July(actually a small float)--it has plenty of money to pay dividend. Negative one time fine(charge for not taking care of people after ice storms). Anyway do your DD. GLTLongs!
