The Attorney General's Office in Massachusetts is recommending that Unitil be fined 4.6 million dollars for their inexcusable treatment of electric customers during the December 2008 ice storm. Wonder how much the proposed fine will be in my home state of NH? Probably nothing! NH is pro-business. You know, "The New Hampshire Advantage" and all that rot.
