The situation is pretty pathetic for Women CEO considering that Martine was not a woman to start with. There are no born-women in the top 150. Martine is a great CEO, regardless of how we classify her. I just wish that there were more women in the top 150. Perhaps, Martine can use her influence to change board rooms.
