check Roger Jeff's. I believe he is #2 under CEO Martine R who keeps buying large blocks when the price drops.
I agree this is just selling blocks received by options, for other investments, taxes etc. I'd be concerned if Eli Lilly bailed out there 3million shares. But I don't think that's likely. IMO they expect big profits from Adcirca let alone the rest of the UTHR products for PAH Rating :
