The moratorium on the part b caps and the 10% physician fee cut expire Dec 31, 2009.
In the past the AMA and APTA has been successful in lobbying congress for extensions of the moratorium. However, with talk of Pay Go becoming law and serious entitlement reform the gravy days could be over for Medicare PART B provider. By the way private insurance is always quick to follow Medicare pay cuts. This stock and the rest of the part B provider could be facing hard times next year.
