In 2010, the Company (TC) expects to spend approximately $7 to $9 million under the option agreement with U.S. Energy on the Mt. Emmons Project for an ongoing pre-feasibility study, further engineering evaluations, and ongoing project maintenance. The Company expects for 2010 to have minimal expenditures on the Davidson Project related to ongoing environmental assessments.
These two sentences in the Q3 report from TC indicate that this Co still has hopes that they can convince the NIMBY's in the Crested Butte area that the Mo mine can be done without destroying the Ski resort appeal. The news from TC is also good for that company in that they have expanded (by 30 %) reserves and mine life at the Tungsten Creek mine. Some Mo sold ahead for 2010 at $15 per lb and production increasing compared to 2009.
