That's a good question. But, there is no way to compare Indians to Jews. Jews developed with or within the major western culture. Ashkenazim. Other group, Sephardi, is less developed since they lived in North Africa and other Muslim countries. Indians where completely isolated until being discovered. So there is a huge difference. I'd say if Indians want their land back they should make a very strong cause for it. And as a matter of fact they own a lot of land nowadays, have all sorts of special treatments (in Canada at least). I don't think they really need to kick everyone out of NA. It's like the Bee Movie. They need Americans and Canadians. Jews didn't just tell the World "Give us state". They fought a long, very long battle. Herzl started the process long time ago. At one point Uganda was suggested as a place to create Jewish State. But Jews declined. They would live in Palestine even without a state. Just like they did since end of 19th century until 1948.

UN is a logical continuation of LN.

Murder is bad. But like prostitution, drugs, alcohol and gambling it's something that always will exist. People have good and bad in them, and naturally some of the people will chose to be bad. Any human organization at some point turns to violence to solve problems. Governments go to war, gang members shoot each other on the streets, religious leaders burn witches and banish heretics. It's not the religion which kills, its people who use religion as means to divide people. The conflict is possible when there is clean distinction between to sides. One group may want to open eggs from big end, and another from little. One group doesn't eat pork, another makes it primary diet. One group think Mohammad is the only prophet, the other thinks there were more.

Look at this board. Long time holders vs. traders. Shorts vs. longs. Republicans vs. Democrats. People like to divide, they like to be part of the group. Leaders of those groups have enormous powers, they can send legions to kill.

Nowadays organized religion is not as strong as before, because it's separated from government in most civilized countries. So it doesn't have enough murderous means as before. But you can clearly see how the countries where religion is part of the Government are a threat. It happens to be mostly Muslim countries in our times.
