Guys,
FYI TheStreet.com reports that actually five of the nine banks that USB acquired from FBOP this weekend were adequately capitalized. IMHO this is encouraging information. The FDIC was apparently required by law to shut down all nine banks because they were all subsidiaries of the holding company. Bushman Rating :
