Yes of course we should have done that. However after the IPO the flavor of the month was asset light business that did not require a lot of capital. The thought was since UPS was capital intensive why buy another company that had the same structure.

Instead we bought the Inoplex and decided to incubate technology companies which of course was UPS's strong suit.

Hindsight is always 20/20 but it is funny to me that we thought we could grow internet companies.
