J.P. Morgan cuts Burlington, favors other rails By Michelle Donley NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Analysts at J.P. Morgan lowered their rating on Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp. on Wednesday to neutral from overweight, as they see limited upside to the shares in light of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.'s deal to acquire the railroad company for $100 a share. In a note to clients, they wrote that they now favor swapping Burlington shares for Union Pacific Corp. or CSX Corp. "We note that there should be $26 billon of capital which could be deployed to other rails/transports or elsewhere if the Berkshire/BNI deal closes," they wrote. Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
