There are many many options for Buffett's purchase to easily work; purchase a refinery like Valereo/Tosco (both are cheap); establish a port in Mexico/Gateway(cheap labor); triple the length of trains, and a possible partnership with the Canadian National Railroad. The aforementioned is the best managed Class I railroad in the U.S. and Canada.
