If this bill is passed in a month it will devistate the insurance companies and your large loss becomes a huge loss. The call options bet big that this was not going to pass. They bet wrong. OTM $29 Call 17,042 open intrests OTM $28 Put 4,651 open intrests Just follow the money. UNH started the week in the $26 dollar range.
