As a business owner, I will tell you what my reactions are to this bill. I will be calling my CFO and COO into a special meeting on Monday. We will be looking hard at every employee we have and whether or not we really need them. My goal will be to reduce my workforce. I'm sure that will happen in countless other companies over the next few weks and months. When will the unions, gov't workers and community organizers wake up and realize that business owners hold the ultimate power, we hire and fire. Unemployment will be at 11% in a few months because of these jokers.

I'll personally tell you that I would have been hiring based on my business results over the past 5 months, but I didn't why? because Obama scares the crap out of me and untill Congress is no longer in democratic control I will shrink my workforce, hoard my cash and pay off debt. I'm not for or against either party, I believe actually our best years are those when we have a Dem President and a rep congress. To blame the past few years on Bush is ridiculous, the since 2006 Pelosi and Reid are to blame for the economy not Bush. You can throw Frank, Schumer and Rangle in the mix for the blame on the credit and housing crisis.
