Rent increase usually result in a 3% + decrease in occupancy per community. That figures to another decrease of 80 sites per year.
As noted, there is also a decrease in operating costs which means repairs are not being done to communities unless it is an emergency.
As is going on in Blair county court in Penna. where repairs to the sewer lines at Cross Keys Village have been put off for years so the company is being challenged in court to repair or close the park.

Not looking good.
