When the smoke clears and both Ulticom and Comverse (CMVT.PK) turn in their financials on time, ULCM by the end of October and CMVT by February 2010, we will see normalcy. ULCM and VRNT.PK are majority owned by CMVT. VRNT is more likely to be bought out before ULCM. If financials are turned in on time I belive all these companies will immediately jump 4 fold. If they are late then it will be devistating. There is some risk here because of the past, but a small position in all three is interesting.
