UG has a great balance sheet. It has increasing ROE, no leverage or debt, each share of earnings are translated close to each share in cash. Also, it has a fat dividend of around 5%. Insiders are accumulating shares.

I overlooked the marketcap and volume. Read a study done by McKinsey that marketcap has no correlation to stock performance over the long term. However, it is disconcerting to know that average 3m volume is less than 5,000. Market cap is very small, about 42 mm. I'm not worried about the financials, because it's very strong. In terms of liquidity, it's very liquid, but as a shareholder, it's very hard to hold a big position in this stock. If you want to get out, even a retail investor like myself can move the market. Of course, on the reverse side, if investor demands suddenly increase, you can see UG fly off.

Hopefully, the new CEO is a straight shooter. Once he proves himself in the market, I can see this stock taking off.
