Since I am expecting a major dollar devaluation, I am looking for REITs that have most of their debt locked in at fixed rates. I am operating on the assumption that, in a few years, they will pay off this debt with "cheap money."

I like UDR because it has mostly fixed rate debt. Can the smart REIT investors here suggest some other REITs I might consider purchasing that also have locked in fixed rates for most of their debt?
