With housing in the doldrums,the number of new housing units(apartments and homes) is not increasing to keep pace with demand.The politicians (DEMS) continue to raise taxes on homeowners so that purchase of a single family home becomes prohibitive.Demand for apartments will be sky rocketing in 2 years and UDR will be one of the big apartment landlords with the goods.The rents are going much higher and the property values are going much higher.
