With the ongoing issues with CDO and not so investor friendly FDIC, it is ideal for UCFC to find a merger partner and move on!!

Instead of looking for US bank, the best would be to partner with a Canadian Bank like TD or BMO or RY, so that we get a decent premium to our Book!!

With the existing assets they will be able to leverage much better!!
