Dear UCBH Investors,

As a Long-term investor in UCBH myself and a frequent poster here, I would like to tell you about a Little Game that is currently being Played here on this very board.

The game of Good Basher/Bad Basher, that is.

I am about to tell you how it REALLY WORKS.

Some of you may be surprised. Some of you may have already noticed this...

But anyhow, it goes a little like this....

The Game of GOOD BASHER/BAD BASHER

1. A few boilerroom lackeys of a Hedgefund get their multiple Yahoo ID's and get on the board of the Company their Masters tell them to (in this case UCBH).

2. One or two of these Hedgefund lackeys immediately set to bash the said Company - UCBH. They post lies, insinuate, insult and attack other posters, and generally behave like trolls and spammers. (Anyone remember Tonka and Snapped51?) These are the TYPE A posters (They play the role of the BAD BASHERS).

3. The rest of the Hedgefund lackeys meanwhile start posting stuff about the company (UCBH), displaying the complete opposite views -- Hold, Buy or Strong Buy Sentiments. They post more articulate messages and sound like very "sincere" and "regular" guys at first. They even insult and berate the TYPE A posters. This way they get the "trust" of other long-term investors of the Company on the message board who now start believing those posters have credibility. These are the TYPE B posters. (They play the role of the GOOD BASHERS)

4. Then, comes a point of a *SUDDEN* change in the TYPE B posters' sentiment. Statements of the following sort are pronounced (usually without much analysis of *passable* quality to support or explain the change of TYPE B's sentiment): "I SOLD ALL AT CLOSE!" and "LOCKED IN MY PROFIT" or "I'M HAPPY WITH MY 10%" or "I SOLD MY POSITION BECAUSE I BELIEVE THE STOCK IS A "SELL" NOW."

5. TYPE A posters now attack TYPE B posters for being "Hypocrites"... They quarrel and hurl insults. All of which is just SMOKE and MIRRORS intended to confuse and sway investor sentiment.

6. By now, some of the more nervous Long-term investors and Pennyflippers on the message board are wondering is they should "lock in" their profits too like the TYPE B guys and sell. Some of them, unfortunately, will fall for this RUSE and SELL their cheap shares right into the hands of TYPE A & TYPE B's Masters who in the meantime are SELLING with the LEFT and BUYING with the RIGHT all along.

7. And IF any of the real long-term investors should call TYPE A & TYPE B on their obvious BS tactics, then -- no problem. Just call them a "PUMPER" and try to DISCREDIT them in any way possible. By any means. But *NEVER* by actually posting any ANALYSIS of PASSABLE QUALITY to BACK UP their statements and claims.

So, that's all, folks... This is how the Hedgefund scheme called GOOD BASHER/BAD BASHER works.
